Here are some questions we usually have from customers from foreign. You can find the answers as bellow. If you can't find the answers you want, please don't be hesitant to contact us by e-mail.

1:payment term

Basically, payment terms would be 100% T/T in advance for first order.

2:SHIPPING

Most of products from us are FOB Keelung, but some products are from China. Please contact us and inform us the products you interst in and we can reply to you where the products shipping from.

3:Samples

Samples are avalible, but need to be charged. Simply write us an e-mail for asking the samples, we will reply the price to you ASAP. Usually we would need cusotmers to provide us their Fedex or other international express accounts for us to use to send the samples. If cusotmers don't have account, we would add the delivery charge on P/I.

4:CUSTOMIZE

Not every product can be customized. The proucts come from differnt makers and have differnt brands.

Please contact us if you want to OEM/ODM or customize our products. We will check your needs and discuss with makers.
